Amarillo Beach is a short residential stretch along Malibu Road in central Malibu, one of the low-key "Malibu Road beaches" reached by public access points between the homes. Quieter than the state beaches, it's used mostly by those in the know for a swim or a stroll, with the wet sand below the high-tide line open to the public. There are no facilities and limited parking, which keeps it uncrowded.
