Malibu City Hall, on Stuart Ranch Road near the Civic Center, is the seat of the city's municipal government, housing city offices, permit and public services, and the council chambers where the Malibu City Council meets. More a civic hub than a visitor attraction, it's where the town's public business — from coastal-development permits to community meetings — gets done.
