Adamson House

(310) 456-8432
The Adamson House is a 1929 Spanish Colonial Revival home on the shore beside Malibu Lagoon, famous for its lavish use of Malibu Potteries ceramic tile throughout the house and grounds. Now a museum and part of Malibu Lagoon State Beach, it offers docent-led tours of the tilework, gardens, and history of the Rindge family who once owned much of Malibu. Its beachfront setting beside Surfrider makes it a rare pairing of art history and coastline.
