Solstice Canyon is one of Malibu's most rewarding easy hikes, a shaded canyon trail that follows a year-round stream past the stone ruins of the historic Roberts Ranch House to a seasonal waterfall. The main loop is gentle and family-friendly, while the Rising Sun Trail climbs the ridge for sweeping ocean views. Old sycamores, sandstone, and the sound of running water make it feel worlds away from the highway. Parking is at the canyon mouth off Corral Canyon Road.
